The Essential package includes good quality flooring tiles (₹70-80/sqft), Indian/African Teak main door (up to ₹60,000), Parryware/Cera sanitary fittings, 20mm black granite kitchen platform, MS staircase railings, and 2 coats premium emulsion painting. All packages include ACC Grade-53 cement, Gopal Steel FE500, M25 RMC concrete, ISI-mark plumbing, GM Modular/LeGrand electricals, and a 5-year structural warranty.

A typical single-floor residential construction takes 8-12 months depending on the area and complexity. Multi-floor buildings may take 14-18 months. This includes the complete cycle from foundation to finishing. Weather conditions and approval timelines may affect the schedule.

Our 5-year structural warranty covers all structural elements including foundation, columns, beams, slabs, and load-bearing walls. Any structural defects arising from material quality or workmanship are addressed at no additional cost.

The sanction plan and all legal approvals (including BBMP, BDA, or local authority submissions) fall under the owner's scope. However, we assist with all architectural drawings and documentation required for the submission.

Yes, absolutely. Our packages serve as a baseline, and you can upgrade individual items at any point during the planning phase. Common upgrades include texture painting, marble flooring, fabrication/grill work, and increased ceiling heights.

Yes. Our head office is in Bangalore and we have completed projects in Hyderabad, Cochin, and across South India. We serve clients throughout the region.

Our payment schedule is milestone-based, typically structured as: 10% at booking, 15% at foundation completion, 15% at plinth level, 15% at first floor slab, 15% at second floor/terrace, 15% at finishing stage, and 15% at handover.
