We iterate collaboratively until the plan feels perfect for your family.

We refine together — adjusting finishes, trying different stone options, experimenting with window placements — until you can see your dream home with complete clarity.

Structural Design
2–4 WeeksDetailed RCC drawings, foundation plans, and MEP layouts — optimized for safety, durability, and cost efficiency.
Our structural engineers design every beam, column, and footing for maximum safety with optimal material usage. MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) layouts are coordinated with the architectural plans to avoid costly clashes during construction. A detailed Bill of Quantities ensures transparent budgeting.

Construction & Execution
8–14 MonthsEnd-to-end construction with ACC cement, Gopal Steel FE500, and M25 RMC. Alternate-day site supervision ensures quality at every stage.
The longest and most critical phase. Our experienced site engineers manage every aspect — from earthwork and foundation to roofing and finishing. We use only specified materials (ACC Grade-53 cement, Gopal Steel FE500, M25 RMC) and conduct quality checks at every milestone. You receive regular photo updates and site visit reports, keeping you informed throughout.

This phase brings personality and warmth to the structure. Our interior team handles everything — modular kitchen with hardware from Hettich/Hafele, custom wardrobes designed for your exact storage needs, false ceiling with integrated lighting design, and painting with premium finishes. Every detail is coordinated for a cohesive, beautiful result.
